As I've stated before, here at A & T Moving Solutions, not only do we honor our mission statement, we are also committed to customer satisfaction. Well the move today started out Friday from a third-party moving company. Customer over 75 years old, was somehow evicted from an assisted living development (don't know the whole story), and was immediately asked to move out. (08/20/21) I received the card that day from that 3rd party moving company asking if I could cover this move. While I'm on an 8-hour local I had no specifics no details no type of information in regard to this move. To fast forward a little bit to cut the story short, at 75 years old, dealing with dialysis, and disoriented at times, U-Haul wanted to give her a storage unit offer Cameron Street which is a main street for her to try to attempt to turn into (π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘). Another storage unit wanted to put it on the third floor with an elevator (π‘π‘π‘π‘) Pera auntie Moving Solutions this is something we don't tolerate. I informed this customer from the beginning of the move to no worries that I would take care of this fiasco and make sure that she was comfortable and had an accessible storage unit. So I set out and I put my resources to work and ended up finding her not only inaccessible storage unit but one that fit her budget, and enough space for her to get in and and move around. Not to mention her possessions were professionally stacked and not just thrown inπͺπΎπͺπΎπͺπΎπͺπΎ. One of our main goals here at A & T Moving Solutions is PROFESSIONALISM!!!!!
