Our Summer Intern Program is officially in full swing, and it’s been an exciting start! This week, our interns have been building a strong foundation by learning about Hilldrup—our history, our values, and the work we do to serve our customers every day.

One of the highlights so far was a behind-the-scenes tour of our Stafford warehouse. This hands-on experience gave interns a firsthand look at our operations, from logistics to teamwork in action, and helped bring their learning to life in a meaningful way.

We’re proud to provide opportunities like this that allow interns to connect with our team and discover potential career opportunities within the industry.

This summer, our Workplace Solutions team is supporting Azle ISD, located northwest of Fort Worth, TX, with the relocation of Azle Jr. High School, Forte Jr. High School and eight elementary schools.

When staging plans shifted due to construction changes, we quickly adapted, installing 6,000 sq. ft. of floor protection in gym spaces to safely accommodate heavy cart traffic (up to 600 lbs. each). The work was completed in just one day, keeping the project on schedule and minimizing disruption.

We're proud of the team’s flexibility and ex*****on as we track toward a mid-August 2026 completion.

This project was procured through The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS).
