PSA:

To my fellow trucking companies. Do not book any loads with Lincoln Cargo Inc based out of Lincoln, Nebraska.

On May 10th my husband and I booked a load posted on the load board Truckstop Go through this broker. Payment in the amount of $1900 was promised via ACH within 20 days of delivery. It is now approaching 30 since delivery was made and no effort has been made to pay the promised rate. I reached out several times to the broker in regards to payment via email and tried to call the number on the recon a dozen times to no avail. After several weeks the emails sent to the email address given to me are returned saying the domain does not exist. A couple days ago I filed a complaint with the FMCSA explain the situation.

This morning I received a phone call from the FMCSA stating that this sounds like an identity theft issue where someone stole this brokers information and used it to get loads and then refused to pay. In this instance they directed us to our local law enforcement to handle this issue as the FMCSA does not handle identity theft. Broker information is listed l below. Beware of who you book your loads through.
