At J&L Contracting Heavy Haul and Never Satisfied Builds, we’ve always believed that great companies are built by great people.
Whether it’s hauling some of the biggest and most challenging loads across the country, building a one-of-a-kind custom truck, turning wrenches in the shop, coordinating logistics behind the scenes, or doing whatever it takes to get the job done — every person plays a part.
There’s a saying that you’ll spend more waking hours throughout your lifetime with the people you work beside than you will with your family at home.
That makes the people around you pretty important.
Around here, we work hard. We give each other a hard time. We solve problems. We celebrate wins. We step up when someone needs help. And at the end of the day, we take a tremendous amount of pride in what we accomplish together.
We may have different job titles, different responsibilities and even two different names on the buildings — but we’re one team and one family.
