☕ Just another morning coffee run… J&L Heavy Haul style! 🚛💪

Beautiful morning to hit the road! All three sections of a 7 Brew Coffee location rolled out of our yard this morning, headed to Scottsburg, Indiana!

🚛 The House / Bottom Box: Terry Green | Truck 1186

🚛 Roof Sections: Chris Dilley | Truck 1075

🚛 Storage Mod: Jim Jackson | Truck 1174

This type of haul takes a tremendous amount of coordination, planning, and teamwork behind the scenes.

A huge shoutout to our drivers, Dispatcher Julia, and everyone involved in making this a safe, efficient, and smooth operation from start to finish.

We’re proud of the team we’ve built and the dedication they bring to every load, every mile, and every job.

Another day getting it done! 🇺🇸

Nothing better than seeing pride in the ride! 🚛✨

Photos from Lisa Berry — there’s nothing better as a manager than showing up at the end of the day and finding Zach Buck in the wash bay making sure his truck is clean and looking its best.

That kind of pride runs strong throughout our Wisconsin crew. These drivers put in the miles, get the job done, and still take the time to take care of their equipment. 💪

A big thank you to the Fabick Cat locations for allowing our drivers to use their wash bays. We appreciate the hospitality and continued partnership!
Pride in your work. Pride in your ride. 👊🚛

🚛 Stepping up and keeping things moving!

Kiegan Nelson recently filled in for Dave out of the Butler, WI store, making a delivery to the Milwaukee Power Plant.

Whether it’s covering a route, helping out a teammate, or getting equipment where it needs to go, it takes everyone doing their part to keep the wheels turning. Great job stepping in and getting it done, Kiegan! 💪

🏈 John Baxter is covering down in Green Bay in 1156 for Fabick Rents and captured this wall painting honoring the legendary Bart Starr.

The quote on it really hit home:

“I was just one part of a great team.” — Bart Starr

That’s what it’s all about. Every person has a role, and every individual doing their part is what makes a great team come together.

At J&L Contracting, we know our success isn’t about one person—it’s about everyone showing up, putting in the work, and doing their part. 💪

One team. Everyone matters.

🌅 BEFORE SUNRISE 🚛💪

Brandon Johnson in 1195 making an early delivery for Fabick Cat on a shutdown road.

When the road shuts down, the timing has to be right. Early mornings, tight windows, and a job that needs to get done — that’s all part of the work.
