Had another clean up and rebuild. She helped a bit and had an idea of what she wanted. She put down the block borders. The red brick is lil wobbly so have to fix those next week, short a couple rolls of grass so that will be here Friday and gettin the rest of the rock tomorrow. But all and all it looks great. One of my better ones.

So many big pretty blooms this year. Everything that I have planted has bloomed.

Another project done and in the books. Knew this place had potential. It was definitely a serious chore but worth it in the end. The tenants are ecstatic, no one has done more than mow in years.

Not that I'm complaining, cause it means busy spring for me. But the fact it's only Feb 4th, and I already have to mow and it's making this big of a difference is scary for summer. I see another dangerous fire season.

I charge $40/month for bi-weekly visits, $60/month for weekly visits. $20/hr for clean-ups. Price for clean-ups are negotiable for elderly on fixed incomes.
