ME: Hi! I wanted to see if I could transfer or match my casino cruise points from another cruise line to Norwegian.

NORWEGIAN CSR: “Well, no ma’am! There’s no need to transfer your points. We already show that you qualify for a FREE CRUISE for up to 14 nights — on ANY ship, to ANY destination! You just need to pay the taxes and port fees when you’re ready to book.”

ME: 😳😳😳
Excuse me… WHAT?! 😂

I called thinking I was going to have to convince them to match my casino status and ended up not having to use them at all. Not sure how I qualified for a free cruise without having to transfer any points but IDC!

Now the question is…

If somebody offered YOU a cruise up to 14 nights, any ship, any destination… WHERE ARE YOU GOING? 👀👇🏽

So no not totally free!
I actually won more but gave a few hundred back. 😞 However since I played everyday for at least an hour, I went from silver to bronze which comes with a free cruise, free WiFi, free play and free drinks while playing in the casino! I believe I can match those points with another cruise line but I will confirm that information after I get back and contact a few cruise lines to make sure! 😊

I’m so fed up with the lack of courtesy some people show when cruising. If you can’t behave properly, it’s better to just stay home. It’s really getting out of control! I enjoy Carnival, but I even hesitate to book trips on the newer ships because of all this chaos.
