Coeby Brown Trucking Wanting to share the good things that happen to me with the world I have been a truck driver for a little under 15 years. I have loved it most of the time.

When I got my CDL I weighed 225lbs I was in pretty good shape. I remember the doctor that preformed my physical for my first medical card said I was healthy as a horse and to keep doing what i was doing. The problem is I went from a job that was physically demanding to a job of sitting most of the day.. On December 4th, 2014 I tipped the scales at 311lbs. Realizing that the rules for medical card

s and my continued weight gain was going to make it difficult for me to obtain a new medical card as my current one was going to expire the end of January 2015. I was introduced to a program called
The 8-Week Transformation. I decided to give it a try. I was blown away by the results I have gotten. I was down 33 pounds at the end of the eight weeks I passed my Dot medical card Physical my BMI index Neck size and Blood Pressure were all in the correct parameters..
