Plywood should not be reused with new flooring. While removing old carpeting or vinyl flooring that has been glued down damage to the plywood floor will occur.
All plywood should be removed and replaced when installing new flooring.

Anyone quoting you a price that says we will try to reuse the plywood is doing a bait and switch.
