Thank you for your interest in Tirado Custom Coatings powder coating ovens, we provide quality powder coating ovens for the custom powder coater. This will provide you not only with a very strong oven but an oven that will save you energy and cure your parts faster. Our powder coating ovens (depending on size) normally reach 400*F in about 10 minutes. The outside wall only heats up about 5*F more
than room temperature, keeping heat inside the oven where it belongs. Our powder coating ovens will come wired ready to use, they are turned on and inspected prior to shipping. Using our ovens is very simple with just an on/off switch and a PID temperature controller. The PID allows you to change temperature with the simple push of up/down arrows (higher temp or lower temp). Inside oven temperature is also displayed on the PID and is displayed in a different color.
