View Ridge Community Council The View Ridge Community Council (VRCC) is one of the oldest active neighborhood organizations in the Seattle area. NE on the West, NE 65th St. on the North.

It had its beginnings during the 1930’s andwas incorporated in 1940. It was formedto create a sense of belonging and security for a fledgling community and hasgrown over the years to an organization of over 1800 residents addressing anyand all needs of the community. The area currently covered by theVRCC consists of the households situated between Sand Point Way on the East, 40thAve. on the South and NE 75thSt. It also includes thearea known as Aviation Heights.

Hello View Ridge! Check out the Emergency Preparedness event that is happening THIS Saturday, 8/15/26.

"On August 15th, four Emergency Hubs are practicing their response to a Nisqually-level earthquake. We're calling it "Quake, Rattle, and Roll!" We're concentrating on the basics (taking care of neighbors the best we can) and raising awareness of our mission.
