The people closest to the work usually know where the problems are.
- They know which parts never fit quite right.
- Which welds require a second pass.
- Which process slows everyone down.
- Which workaround became "the way we've always done it."
When manufacturers start talking about automation, it's easy to focus on technology.
The better conversations usually start somewhere else.
With the people running the job every day.
They've been living with the problem long before anyone started looking for a solution.
