Cargo Jet Logistics is expanding and looking for experienced Carrier Sales Representatives who know how to move trucks quickly and perform in a fast-paced brokerage environment.
We manage high-volume spot freight for major national customers, and we are looking for people who can secure capacity, negotiate effectively, and execute under pressure.
If you’re used to covering time-sensitive freight and handling high daily load counts, this opportunity is worth a conversation.

Responsibilities

Secure reliable capacity for high-volume spot freight

Negotiate rates with carriers and close quickly

Build and maintain strong carrier relationships

Cover loads efficiently in competitive markets

Monitor shipments and resolve issues in real time

Work closely with operations to ensure consistent ex*****on

Requirements

2+ years experience in freight brokerage or carrier sales

Experience covering spot freight

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to secure trucks quickly

Comfortable making high call volumes daily

Ideal Candidate

Has worked in high-volume brokerage environments

Knows how to cover freight when time is critical

Moves quickly and makes decisions fast
