Terms & Conditions

General Terms (Applies to All Services)

By booking with Vacation Tots Travel Equipment (“Vacation Tots”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time.
1. Payment & Booking
• Full payment is required to confirm a reservation.
• We accept major credit cards and approved electronic payment systems.
• Prices are subject to change without notice but are guaranteed once booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before delivery are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 3–6 days are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery.
3. Liability
• Vacation Tots is not liable for any injuries or accidents resulting from misuse of rental equipment or decor materials.
• It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure all equipment is used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and supervision is provided at all times.
4. Damage & Replacement
• Renter is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Charges will be applied for items returned in unsanitary condition or with excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Delivery & Pickup
• Standard delivery includes drop-off and pick-up at designated locations (hotel front desk, vacation rental, etc.).
• We are not responsible for delayed access due to host restrictions, incorrect addresses, or unnotified changes.

Rental Equipment Terms
1. Usage
• All rental equipment is thoroughly cleaned and safety-checked before each rental.
• Equipment is for temporary use only and must be returned in the condition received.
2. Inspection
• Renter agrees to inspect all items upon delivery and notify Vacation Tots within 2 hours of any issues.
3. Duration
• Rental durations are based on daily or weekly packages as listed.
• Late returns without prior notice may incur additional daily rental fees.
4. Assembly & Disassembly
• Setup is included for full-size items (cribs, gates, etc.). Items must not be moved between locations.
• Disassembly is to be left to our team unless otherwise directed.

Celebration & Decor Packages Terms
1. Customization & Availability
• All baskets and decor setups are custom-designed and subject to product availability.
• Items may vary but will reflect the requested theme and value.
2. Delivery & Set-Up
• Setups are scheduled around guest arrival and host policies.
• Client must provide correct access instructions or coordinate with host for pre-arrival setups.
3. Non-Returnable Items
• Gift baskets and decor packages are yours to keep and are not considered rental items.
4. Allergy Disclaimer
• We cannot guarantee allergen-free contents in any package unless specified and confirmed in advance.
5. Photos & Marketing
• By booking, you consent to Vacation Tots photographing or sharing setup images for marketing purposes (with personal information excluded). You may opt out by written request.
