COMPOUNDING
Compounding is when you have one thing and multiply it onto itself repeatedly. The interesting thing about compounding is that it is difficult for us to comprehend, and therefore we often doubt it or become skeptical of it. As an example, it seems impossible that if you take one penny and double it every day for 30 years, you will accumulate over 5 million dollars, but mathematically, that is what happens.
There are two primary ways to take advantage of compounding: building a direct sales business and investing. They both have the potential to create amazing results but these two things differ in one key way: control. When you build a direct sales brand, you can control your actions and therefore greatly influence your results. With investing, you can pick your stocks but at the end of the day the performance of those stocks are totally out of your control. BOTH ARE AMAZING, in my opinion and our family takes advantage of each way.
