Today the Bravo Z team were one with nature. We were happy to be apart of the 20th annual Creek to Bay cleanup hosted by . Biggest county wide clean up in San Diego.

It was fun learning about the Clayton Preserve, a protected land filled with endangered species. It’s not always realized the chain reactions in nature. Please join us next year.

I’ve never seen anything more beautiful than Mother Nature. She’s not perfect. Sometimes she’s a sunny day ☀️, a storm ⛈, a flood, a fire 🔥 or an eruption 🌋. She’s a reflection of ourselves but still beautiful.

When you can, protect your hands and wear gloves 🧤 while moving. Do you remember the last time you moved into a new house or an apartment and your hands were dirty all day from all the dust on your husbands old bowling trophies 🏆 . Or you cut your finger on your wife’s glass table she couldn’t live without. Or pinch your finger from moving that heavy china cabinet that no one is allowed to use.

Also, when you can, keep a good attitude. Somethings are out of your control and not everything goes as planned. Just keep moving forward because stress is temporary.
