I started this business because I have a great love of memories and believe these are our most precious possessions. When I was looking to have some of my own memories saved, I was frustrated with the options available. My choices were t

o either go to a big name store, ship them off to who knows where, or pay a ridiculous amount of money. I knew with these choices my dear memories were not going to be handled with the attention they deserve so that was the start of my business idea. And thanks to all my wonderful clients that I have had since the beginning in 2010, it has been a successful and wonderful venture. You can rest assured that all projects that come through Hannah’s House Media Service are completed with love and care as if they were my own. And if you are wondering where the name Hannah's House came from, Hannah is my 12-year-old daughter and you know at 12, of course, she runs the house. As 2025 wraps up, I will no longer be taking on Christmas projects. I’ll be closed until mid-January. If you’re planning ahead, don’t wait too long to secure a spot on my 2026 schedule—my business will be closing in 2027.

Please keep in mind that old videos don’t last forever. Converting them to digital isn’t something to put off—more and more memories are being lost to tape degradation. It doesn’t matter the brand or how carefully they were stored; time still takes its toll on every format.

There are countless horror stories of lost or damaged items that were never recovered.

I'm a Marion-based mom and small business owner offering video transfers, 35mm slide scanning, and negative scanning—all handled with care and personal attention. If I'm not local to you, I can still work with shipped items and will treat them like they’re my own family’s memories.

Currently, my turnaround time for video is about 3-4 weeks for video. I currently have openings for scanning projects. Don’t risk your precious footage and photos to a faceless process. Support small businesses and get the care your memories deserve.

Some changes are coming to Hannah's House Media. I will no longer offer 8mm film transfers. I will still be offering all video, pictures, and slides projects. And I will also be accepting more after-hours (after 4 p.m. and on weekends) at my home in Marion.

Please go local using a digital transfer service to handle your precious memories. Avoid companies like Legacy Box, and Imemories where you ship your belongings and never talk to a person giving the attention your memories deserve.
