Texas Vibes Terms and Conditions
• All tumblers can be customized with name/decal for an additional fee.
• There are no returns on custom orders, if there is an issue with your order please contact me as soon as possible so we can work to rectify the situation.
• Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of half. The remainder is due before delivery of product.
• Custom orders cannot be cha

nged or cancelled. I get started on the items as soon as orders are finalized.
• Prices on items do not include shipping.
• For non-custom orders, returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. If being shipped it must be sent within 7 days of delivery, and shipping is paid by buyer. If items are not returned in their original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Turn around times vary depending on size of order intricacy of detail. You will get an estimate at the time the order is placed.
• Rush orders are accepted. With tumblers I need a minimum of 1 week to ensure proper curing times.
• All tumblers will come with a care card. o Do not drop
o Not dishwasher safe
o Avoid extreme heat/cold
• These items are all handmade and while I do my best to meet your requirements as a customer, some imperfections may happen. Glitter on a non-glitter cup, small bumps. I take many precautions to prevent this, but it is the nature of handmade items. By making a purchase from Texas Vibes you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
