Stole this from a local business page:

I always see so much negativity on fb and no its not a complaint but jeez !!! Running a business is very hard, finding great help is even harder, you think we like having people wait longer than we have to? We don't, these and other owners show up everyday to work and try our best knowing it probably won't be good enough to keep up but we still come in and try, have patience or atleast don't complain about it on fb it could take away future business from people that are not in such a hurry, one bad review can harm a small business more than you think. We are at a double edge sword right now, if you provide great service everyone comes to you because right now there is not alot of good service out there, and you can't hire enough good people to keep up, but than if you hire just anyone the quality goes down and than your back at the same spot unhappy clients. Put yourself in a business owners shoes guarantee 95% will say its not worth it but the 5% that keep pushing forward deserve a pat on the back its hard.

Just wanted to stop by and thank everyone for continuing to support Pawfect Fur Travel! There are some big changes coming up, here's just a few to list:

🔹️All customers will have to sign contracts via DocuSign at the time of booking
🔹️My prices are final. I cannot continue adjusting to everyone's budget and expect to not go bankrupt when something major happens
🔹️My rate is 85 cents a mile
🔹️Pick up MUST sign off that the animal for transport was fed within 4 hours of pick up, prior to being loaded. Refusal to do so, or refusal to sign the contract, will result in immediate cancelation and no refunds of any kind....hoping the contract weeds those ones out

With all that's happened since coming back, I expected a bit of a relearning curve, school of hard knocks. I've also been out here long enough to know where my pitfalls are, and I want to build this company into so much more than just transporting, eventually becoming my own rescue, and can't if I continue to allow bookings to be paid at waaaay less than half cost.

I am sorry for any inconveniences my new regulations will cause everyone, but this is my livelihood and without it, I have nothing.

Thanks! Best wishes, and God Bless! Be kind to each other.
