Have you ever considered staying at TWO Walt Disney World resorts during the same trip?

I was recently asked about a split stay, and for the right trip, it can be a great option!

A split stay lets you experience two Disney resorts in one trip and with a little strategy, we can coordinate your resorts with your park days to take advantage of different locations and transportation options.

Disney can transfer your luggage between resorts, but your bags need to be dropped off with Bell Services by the resort’s cutoff time. Transfers can take several hours, so I always tell my clients to keep medications, park essentials and anything they’ll need that day with them.

But a split stay isn’t right for every vacation.

I consider the length of your trip, your park days, your family’s needs and whether changing resorts will actually add value or simply add another moving day.

That’s where personalized planning comes in. I’m not just helping you pick a resort I’m looking at how all the pieces fit together to make the most sense for YOUR family.

Your Disney vacation doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s.

One of the most important parts of planning with my clients is talking through what they actually want their vacation to feel like.

One family may be ready to hit the parks from open to close and squeeze in as many rides as possible. Another may want shorter park days, sit-down meals, resort time and built-in rest days.

Neither way is wrong.

Don’t make the mistake of thinking you need to do Disney exactly the way your friends, family or someone on social media did it. Their perfect Disney vacation may not be YOUR perfect Disney vacation.

That’s where my experience comes in.

I help my clients decide what their priorities are, plan realistic park days and know when it makes sense to slow down. We talk through resort selection, ticket options (because yes, your ticket type can change how you experience the parks) dining, transportation and all those smaller details that can have a big impact on your trip.

My job isn’t to help you do EVERYTHING at Disney.

A little behind-the-scenes of what I’m working on today!

Putting together a Walt Disney World packet for a client who leaves in just 30 days to celebrate her son’s 3rd birthday!

I love this part of the planning process because everything is starting to feel REAL. Their plans are made, the countdown is on, and now I’m getting all those final details, tips, park information and helpful resources together so they feel prepared before they even leave home.

Booking the trip is just the beginning. There’s a whole lot that happens behind the scenes between “We’re going to Disney!” and actually walking into the parks.

And I absolutely love getting to be part of it!
