First 6 colors included in custom orders for warp, extra colors please add $13 per color. For cotolin weft please add $8 per meter, and for a 100% cotolin wrap please add $20 per meter. Deposit of $100, extra colors and cotolin charges are due 2 months before the slot time, or the slot will be forfeit and given to the next person in line. Remainder of the purchase price is due before shipment. Any leftover sister wrap lengths are left to the discretion of the weaver for sale. Veenhof Wraps does not cover the customs fees or duty costs; those are solely the responsibility of the customer. Customer acknowledges that Veenhof Wraps is located in the United States of America. All items are shipped with tracking, insurance and return receipts. If an insurance claim is filed for a package, a refund will be issued to the customer after the insurance claim is paid by the shipping company. It is illegal to lower the declared value of items on custom declaration forms below the amount paid; Veenhof Wraps retains the right to cancel the sale of a wrap if the customer insists on a lower price being declared. All shipping fees are nonrefundable for any reason, and the return shipping and fees associated with the item’s return for any package is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand by the customer and Veenhof Wraps. Veenhof Wraps reserves the right to withhold a 20% restocking fee on any returned item. Due to the nature of custom products, items that are refused or abandoned at delivery for any reason are non-refundable at the discretion of Veenhof Wraps. Returns, refunds and/or repairs will not be accepted after 7 days past the post marked receipt of package, or without first obtaining an RMA number from Veenhof Wraps. Any and all designs created by Veenhof Wraps are the sole intellectual property of Veenhof Wraps and are not to be used, copied or duplicated without express written permission from Veenhof Wraps beforehand. Any and all warranties, guarantees and or product promises are nontransferable and are only valid for the original purchaser as listed on the mailing address. Once the item is no longer in the original owner’s possession for whatever reason, any and all warranties, guarantees and or product promises are hereinafter void. If the item is shipped from Veenhof Handwoven Wraps to a "middle party" for any reason, including but not limited to friends, family, and shipping warehouses, any warranty, guarantee and/or promises are assigned to the "middle party" as item's condition cannot be verified by Veenhof Handwoven Wraps after such receipt. If the original owner sells or passes the item on to another person, Veenhof Wraps cannot be held responsible for the condition of the item at that time and cannot guarantee the safety or condition the item is in.
