An Update from us on COVID-19
We at JA TRANSPORTATION are reaching out to our friends and clientele to share with you all, that we are well and staying safe during this vulnerable time. We are also looking ahead to the future to reassure you that our safety standards and service levels are stronger than ever!
As an essential service JA TRANSPORTATION Co. is committed to doing our part to ensure the safety of our employees, clients, and community. By doing so, we have implemented very stringent safety protocols and rigorous cleaning standards within our staff, facility and vehicles.
Our Staff-
· All employees are instructed to report symptoms of illness immediately to management at which point they will be relieved of duty until symptoms are gone.
· Office staff disinfect all keys, tablets, and cleaning products before they are issued out to drivers, and upon their return.
Our Facility-
· Our office and shop areas are professionally cleaned and disinfected by professional cleaning service bi-weekly.
Our Vehicles-
· At the end of each shift all vehicles are thoroughly disinfected and sanitized using CDC approved cleaning products that kill all virus’ including the current Covid-19 virus that has impacted us all so significantly.
· All drivers are required to clean their vehicles between every charter using company mandated cleaning guidelines that address all common areas of the vehicle. These areas include seats, headrests, armrests, radio, window, A/C and heater controls, door handles and levers..
· As a precautionary measure all cloth and written materials have been removed from vehicles.
