JJW Transportation is building a pre-qualified driver pool for anticipated contract routes across Virginia and North Carolina.

We are seeking experienced drivers and owner-operators with:

• Large sedans/SUVs (at least 120 cubic ft)
• Cargo vans
• Box trucks
• Dump trucks
• CDL day cabs / sleeper cabs

Now Hiring Non-CDL Lead Delivery Driver & Installation Technician

JJW Transportation LLC is hiring Non-CDL Lead Delivery Drivers & Installation Technicians in Richmond, VA. You’ll lead a two-person team, operating a 26-ft box truck and working alongside a Driver Helper to complete deliveries and appliance installations.

Job Details:

Bi-weekly pay: $2,000–$2,500 (direct deposit)

Schedule: Mon–Sat or Tues–Sat

Drive a 26-ft box truck (no CDL required)

Must have a clean driving record (no traffic violations or tickets)

Must pass a criminal background check and drug test

Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid REAL ID license

1+ year experience preferred, but not required

What You’ll Do:

Drive the 26-ft box truck and lead deliveries with your Driver Helper

Assist with the installation of appliances at residential and commercial locations

Supervise and coordinate your Driver Helper’s tasks for efficiency

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain vehicle cleanliness

Position Summary:
Entry-level support role assisting the lead driver with deliveries, lifting, staging, and light installations. Great opportunity to grow into a lead technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Load/unload appliances and materials

Support driver with directions and communication

Assist with appliance placement and light setups

Maintain vehicle cleanliness

Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. citizen

Must hold a valid Real ID driver’s license

Able to lift 75+ lbs

Moving/warehouse experience preferred

Team-oriented and dependable

Able to follow instructions and work flexible hours

Pay (Richmond, VA):

Bi-weekly Salary: $1,360–$1,600

Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Sat or Tues–Sat
