Whew....yesterday was a long day!!

Last night, I took a drive out West to see one of my GNA Containers delivered!! I wanted to see it unloaded 1st hand...this was a 20 ft 1 trip container. As new as you can get in the US.

Check the little video clips out!

They told me that my price saved them $1300.00 compared to what the containers were selling for at auction. I love being able to save my clients some money!! Thank you Christin Hughes for sharing my GNA Containers post!!

I had a fun little surprise of seeing their new baby kangaroo!! It was 8 months old!!

While I was in Alvin, I took some more pictures of the two container homes. The white one is complete. The green one is just waiting on a stove top and some touch-ups. We plan on having an open house in the next week or two but here is a sneak peek. Professional pictures are coming next week.

The white one is listed at $69,000.

I took a drive to Alvin the last couple of days to meet a client to show the shipping containers. He put a deposit down on the 2 trip newer container and is buying a 20 ft HC 1 trip as well. 🎉 I thought you all might be interested to see the difference between a 40 ft high cube x 9 foot 6 inches tall shipping container which has only had a couple of trips across the ocean, and a cargo worthy standard 40 ft x 8 ft, 6 in tall container. The newer tall cube container was $3600.00. The standard high cube is on sale for $2600.00. I was surprised to see how good of condition it was in. There was some rust and a few dents, but over all looked really good. (Typical for a cargo worthy classified shipping container.)If you, your friends, family or clients are in the market for a shipping container, you can message me, call, text or email me! I have a cargo worthy 40 ft standard 8' 6" tall shipping container that arrived today in Alvin. It has some rust, scratches and dents which are typical for a cargo worthy shipping container. The cost is $2900.00 You can come and see this one too and look at it before you buy it which is rare. Funny, I had two in a row. I can meet you in Alvin to show it to you before you pick it up or have it shipped. Shipping, credit card fees and taxes are extra. A 2 trip 40 ft High Cube shipping container that is nearly new. It was built in 2021. It has a little bit of rust and has a few scratches and small dents due to being moved on and off of the ship and onto the container yard and to the property in Alvin, Tx. The cost is $3600.00, the extra trip it has taken saves $600 off of the sale price of $4200.00 for a one trip shipping container. You can actually see it before you buy it which is rare. Thinking outside the box! Life definitely has lots of twists and turns, mountains and valleys, and all kinds of new opportunities as the days progress through our lives. I'm excited to announce that I have started my own shipping container business, named GNA Containers! I thought it was a good idea to capitalize on the branding I have worked so diligently on for the past 9 and 1/2 years with GNA Inspections, that is the reason behind a similar name. Although, I will greatly miss GNA Inspections in many ways, it was time to move on and into a new work arena. Due to many lung and respiratory issues with the mold and so many contaminants in the homes that would make me sick for weeks and months at a time, I decided I needed to try something new. I started a few weeks ago with a national shipping container company, and discovered that I had the ability to offer clients a better price if I sold them on my own! It is so important to me to be able to offer the best value and customer service to my clients. I could tell quickly that I needed to pivot and create something new! So yesterday, GNA Containers was born! I will be supplying shipping containers to the greater Houston and greater Dallas/Fort Worth area for now, (which actually covers much of Texas) as time goes on, I plan to expand to other areas as well. If you know someone who needs a container in the other areas of the country, I can probably make that happen.

I know many of you supported me a couple of weeks ago when I announced the change and shared my shipping container information. I appreciate each of you so much, and would love if you supported me again with liking my GNA Containers page.
