If you think you might benefit from having a knowledgeable and caring individual listen to your needs, draw up a plan with you, and implement changes by providing meal planning, grocery shopping, a pantry-makeover, and/or the cooking and meal preparation required to help you on your way to transforming your eating habits, you’re in the right place. My overall approach is nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory, whole, real foods. Together, we'll take a close look at your nutritional needs from a holistic perspective and come up with the most individualized meal plan you've ever had. You choose how much or how little you want to do, from the shopping to the cooking, and how often, with the option but no need to sign up on a continual basis. This is almost like having your nutritionist cook for you. Not sure what to do with random vegetables hanging out in the fridge? Chop them up and throw them into couscous. Add some walnuts for crunch and raisins for a bit of sweetness and you've got a one-pot meal that's a breeze to clean up.
