Progress is something to be embraced, but one has to think through the consequences when adopting new things, especially something as significant as AI. IMHO, if you don't give your customer the option to talk to a live operator, your CSR metrics are going to crash.

Ever wonder how ride-sharing services fare in the smaller towns? I moved to such a town with less than 10,000 people, and I found a need for passenger and delivery services that were unmet because Lyft and uber do not have drivers in these areas, or their drivers turn off their apps because they think there is no business in their hometowns.

We've created a solution for providing services in what we refer to as "underserved locales." It relies on drivers who live in these areas who are able to provide this service without keeping their apps on 24/7.

We are in the process of perfecting this model to serve underserved locales. If you live in one of these smaller towns and are interested in providing a community service, and get paid for it, please contact us and we'll show you how our model can work. It's done in the spirit of giving back to your community. It's a powerful force which we intend to harness to bring "big city" services to our hometowns.
