Also on 2 Oct we had the 1/4 ish mile rimfire challenge this years 10" target was hung at about 415 yards and there were 28 shooters with James Forboard and Shaun Lezotte hitting the plate 16 out of 20 James came out on top in the shoot off. We had a 3 way tie for third with Cory Johnston coming out on top in the shoot off.

Friday the 2nd we had the Mile Challenge where we had the biggest turn out since we started the competition where competitors get 10 shots at an 18"x30" IPSC target set at 1760yrds ish with 55 competitors this year we started shooting at 12:05 and didn't complete the shoot off until 5pm. There were 3 shooters tied with 5 out of 10 impacts. When the dust settled we had our first-third places.

I would like to thank all of the shooters who made the trip to Rapid City for the 17th annual M&M Tactical Ranch Match for what proved to be a very windy challenging day of shooting with gust to 35MPH. I would also like to thank all of my volunteers who without it wouldn't be possible to put on the match and keep everything moving along. Huge thank you to Ed and his family for letting us take over his Ranch for the better part of a week and for the fantastic venue.

Here is the location of the 2026 match RO shoot starts at 9am on the first of October if you want to check zero be out there before 9. Registration for the match and the mile and 1/4 mile starts at 10 mile starts at noon rimfire to follow. Main match registration starts at 6:30 shooters meeting at 7:30 shooting by 8 zero board will be available before meeting. Anyone who hasn't signed up on impact scoring please do so as soon as possible. You should have an email with a link and registration code to sign up there if not let me know and I will have Matt send you one.

Main Match 10 stages 10Rnds/stage. This is Part of WPR (western precision r***e) and the South Dakota Precision R***e League
late registration starts at 7Am Mountain Time shooters meeting to fallow at 7:30 rnds down range at 8AM
competitors will start port of arms mag in bolt open ROs will give start command and your 2 minute 30 second time will begin. you will start on your squad # you can spot for each other. Once you have finished a stage gather your gear in a timely manner and proceed to the next stage this is essential to getting through the match in a timely manner.
Targets will be between 200ish yards and 1400ish yards every stage will be shot off of a bipod with probably one modified prone stage.

As always every participant will get an M&M shirt, meal and beverages after the match, awards to fallow the meal.
Once again there will be a custom built r***e we will be raffling off with all proceeds going to americansnipers.org I believe this will be the 9Th year we have done this and over the past 8 years we have raised north of 50,000.00 to help support our Operators Down Range. Tickets are 50.00 each and the drawling is held that evening. Tickets are only available to the competitors and support staff for the match. This years r***e info yet to come
