A little travel advisor recommendation from my own family’s trip! 🏨

We’re staying at a Drury Hotel in Pigeon Forge this weekend, and I seriously can’t recommend Drury Hotels enough. Anytime you have the option to book a Drury for your trip, it’s definitely worth considering — especially for families!

One of my favorite things about Drury is how much is included with your stay:

🚗🏔️ KA-CHOW! A BRAND NEW CARS ADVENTURE IS COMING TO DISNEY WORLD! 🏁✨

Disney has officially revealed more details about Piston Peak National Park, the new Cars-inspired area currently under construction at Magic Kingdom! And Cars fans… this one looks SO fun! 🤩

Instead of recreating Radiator Springs from Disneyland, Piston Peak is taking us somewhere completely new — a national park inspired by the Rocky Mountains and the American frontier, complete with towering peaks, waterfalls, geysers, trails and plenty of familiar faces from the Cars movies! 🏔️🌲

🏁 Two new attractions are coming:

🚗 Ridge Run Rally — a BIG off-road racing adventure through the mountains! Guests will race over rough terrain, through snowy peaks and past geysers as they compete for the fastest lap.

🚌 Miss Fritter’s Daredevil Spinoff — a second, family-friendly attraction featuring Miss Fritter from Cars 3, making sure even younger racers can get in on the fun!

The new area will become part of Frontierland and is being built in the former Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer Island area. Construction is already well underway! 🚧✨

Disney has not announced an official opening date yet, so we’ll have to stay tuned for that one. 👀

I LOVE that Disney isn’t just copying Cars Land from California and is giving Disney World its own completely different Cars experience!
