I’ve been sitting with something for a while, and I feel like now is the time to say it out loud.

Too many good people in the church are tired.

Not tired because they don’t love God.
Not tired because they’re lazy.
Tired because they’ve been carrying everything and everyone… and ignoring their own body, mind, and health.

I don’t believe we’re supposed to burn out and die early.
I believe we’re called to live long on purpose.

I’m starting a small, guided group focused on faith, longevity, movement, and mental strength — for people who want to be strong enough to finish their assignment.

This isn’t a fitness program.
This isn’t a church program.
This is about stewardship, sustainability, and staying alive long enough to matter.

I’m only opening this to a limited number of people, and I’m starting now.
