While the world was in lockdown, FRC helped a client in Allentown, PA move 300+ people to a new address. Most project people, as well as staff, were not in the office for over a year. Their “return to office plan” started almost two months after we moved contents into the new space. We never met many other project people, contractors, or consultants, until a few months prior to the move. All meetings were held virtually. We created a comprehensive, multi-channel, near-daily “News on the Move” communication program. We were onsite along with the mover and other project people getting the space ready, accepting deliveries, and placing all PPE items. Nothing was overlooked. Nothing was too much for us to take on.
