So, if we’re going to be coffee besties, 🤔it’s essential for us to share a few things about ourselves and learn about you too. We chose Philadelphia as our coffee destination because it’s where we’ve had numerous experiences that have truly shaped our resilience. I’m not boasting, so don’t jump to conclusions—We are simply from North Philly.
Additionally, we grew up during a time without cell phones or social media. We spent our days playing outside, riding bikes, jumping rope, steps, and skating. The boys would play football in the streets, and we enjoyed water ice and crabs during the summer months. We got the FREE lunches every summer and I always grab the chocolate milk and the cookies cuz that’s all I wanted. Basement gatherings, living room gathers or the Woodstock center where we dance and the girlies sweated out our wrap hair dos! Sunday night at the Palace Skating rink. 🛼⛸️
Despite any grievances, we always seemed to come together back then. I miss those old days, but life must progress. Do you remember any of these experiences?
