NOW HIRING: Remote Marketing Manager
On Point Cleaning & Moving | Immediate Hire
Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
Schedule: Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, 11:00 AM–2:00 PM Eastern Time
Starting Pay: $17 per hour + 1%–5% commission
Education: Degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
On Point Cleaning & Moving is seeking a motivated, results-driven Remote Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing department and help expand our business locally and nationwide.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently from home, develop effective marketing campaigns, generate qualified leads, analyze performance data, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the marketing department and develop strategic marketing campaigns.
* Perform warm and cold calls, email outreach, and text-message follow-ups.
* Research, identify, and provide qualified leads and new business opportunities.
* Find new vending opportunities and revenue-generating partnerships.
* Monitor marketing analytics and use data to improve results and achieve company goals.
* Manage SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
* Use HubSpot to manage leads, track campaigns, and maintain the sales pipeline.
* Manage and update the company’s Wix website.
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
* Track performance metrics and provide regular marketing updates.
Required Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing or a related field.
* At least three years of professional marketing experience.
* Proven experience with SEO and digital marketing.
* Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot and Wix.
* Experience with campaign development, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
* Strong communication, organization, and research skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and meet performance goals.
* Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
Compensation and Growth Opportunities
* Starting rate of $17 per hour.
* 1%–5% commission based on applicable commission terms.
* Performance and advancement review after 90 days.
