"What’s the best value for what I’m looking for?”

Because the cheapest option isn’t always the best option. And two resorts can look similar on paper but give you VERY different experiences once you’re actually there.

I just ❤️ this time of year at Disney World.

🍂🎃 If you’re thinking about Disney World this fall… don’t just pick your dates and wing it. There are a few experiences that are actually worth building your trip around.

If I were planning a September through early November Disney trip, these are 4 things I’d put on my must-do list:

1. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
Costumes, trick-or-treating, special entertainment, fireworks and SO much Halloween magic. If you love spooky season, this is one of those Disney experiences I’d plan your whole trip around.

2. EPCOT’s International Food & Wine Festival.
Come hungry. 😂 This is one of my favorite times to wander EPCOT, snack your way around the World Showcase and try things you probably wouldn’t order on a normal trip.

3. Catch the beginning of the holiday magic.
If you’re traveling in late October or early November, you can start seeing Disney transition into the holiday season. And yes… it’s completely acceptable to enjoy Halloween AND Christmas in the same trip. 😉

4. Build in a “Disney without the parks” day.
Resort hopping, Disney Springs, a character breakfast, pool time, shopping, maybe a special dinner… because sometimes the best Disney memories happen when you’re not rushing from attraction to attraction.

And THIS is exactly why I love planning fall trips to Disney. 🍂🎃✨

There’s so much going on that the timing of your trip can completely change what you’re able to experience.

What's your perfect vacation length? ✈️🌴

I'm definitely a 4–5 day kinda girl.😂

Of course, some destinations deserve more time (and I'm not saying no to a longer trip! 😉), but 4–5 days just feels ideal for me. Enough time to unplug, explore, relax, make some memories… but not so long that I'm ready to sleep in my own bed again. 😂

Just enough time away to come back refreshed instead of needing a vacation from the vacation. 🙌
