Kitzuma was built on fully build, ready to ride delivery.

But 2026 is bringing some changes to the way we operate. So what are those changes? Boxes!

Kitzuma now uses a boxed shipping model, giving us the ability to move bikes more efficiently and reach more riders, such as yourself, across the country.

While this is a big shift from how we originated, it allows us to scale while continuing to support everyone with reliable logistics.

Think: different process, but same mission!

Kitzuma started with a simple idea. How can we make shipping bikes easier for riders? We launched in 2020, introducing white-glove bike shipping with no boxes required.

By 2021, we had partnered with more than 15 brands and expanded from brand-only shipping to direct-to-consumer delivery. Later that year, we were acquired by our friends at BikeExchange with plans to scale the model.

In 2022, we shipped more than 10,000 bikes. As the market shifted, our ready-to-ride delivery service was paused.

Today, Kitzuma has evolved into a broader logistics and supply chain company, supporting bike brands, shops, and retailers across the country.

So what’s next for 2026? Something new is coming, and we are excited. Stay tuned!

Since it’s been a while for us on the socials, we wanted to reintroduce ourselves.

We’re Kitzuma. Founded in 2020, we set out to modernize how bikes get from one place to another.

Since then, we’ve built a logistics platform that serves bike brands and retailers across the U.S.

Today, we operate as a trusted logistics partner for businesses across the bike industry, handling everything from individual shipments to full-scale warehousing, assembly, and fulfillment services.
