Maintenance Dose - 1/2 to 1 tsp daily for children, 1/2 to 1 TBSP daily for adults. Get-Better-Dose - take the daily dose 2-3 times per day, as needed. NOTE: A 16oz jar (if taken daily-adult dose of 1/2 to 1 TBSP), will last approximately 1-2 months.
