One of the easiest ways to reduce stress when 2027 vacation packages release is planning ahead BEFORE booking opens.

We are getting closer to 2027 Universal Orlando vacation packages becoming available, and now is actually the perfect time to start narrowing down your family’s plans.

A few things I recommend deciding ahead of time:
• Resort categories and preferred hotels
• Budget goals
• Ticket options
• Transportation plans
• Backup choices in case availability changes quickly

Families who prepare early usually have a much smoother booking experience - especially for holidays, school breaks, and Halloween season.

You do not need every detail figured out today. Just having a general game plan ready can make booking day much easier.

A family reached out to me earlier this week - after already booking their own lodging for their Orlando theme park vacation - because they thought staying off-site would be the more economical option.

So we sat down and compared everything side by side.

The surprising part? The off-site hotel they booked was almost exactly the same price as several on-site resorts at the theme park they are visiting.

But the on-site resort benefits included Early Park Admission, complimentary transportation, easier mid-day breaks, and all the convenience that comes with being inside the bubble.

It was one of those moments that really reminded me how much strategy goes into choosing a hotel for your family's theme park getaway.

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster with the Muppets is unofficially open for previews today at Disney’s Hollywood Studios… and what a surprise bonus this turned out to be!

We just got off our SECOND ride with only a 15 minute wait, and the boys immediately jumped back in line for round three while I relax in the shade for a few minutes.

Honestly, we never expected this to be open during our trip, so getting to experience it early has made an already amazing Walt Disney World vacation even more special. This whole trip has been filled with moments we never could have imagined, and today was definitely one of them. ❤️

One last Walt Disney World breakfast from Joffrey’s before we head home.

Today is our second day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and it officially earned the title of our favorite Walt Disney World park this trip! Between the immersive lands, incredible attractions, and nonstop atmosphere, we just can’t get enough.

We’re kicking off our final Disney day with plans to ride Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and build a custom lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop - two experiences we’ve been looking forward to all week.

EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival day!

Today we’re exploring EPCOT at Walt Disney World, stopping to admire all of the incredible character topiaries, spring flowers, and festival details… before blasting off on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind!

This ride is one of our absolute favorites at Walt Disney World, and every song makes the experience feel completely different.
