Have you ever been to Universal Studios?

My first act of learning how to “solo travel” is acting like a tourist when I’m on a work trip. This time I was in Florida for a conference and I decided to visit for the first time.

It wasn’t originally on my bucket list 🙈 but I have officially added it to the list and now crossed it off!

Everyone needs to experience this at least once. I loved it.

Julian Serrano at Aria has me hooked. Can I say the taste, the experience and the memory stuck with me and for me an unforgettable meal is priceless

After my Hawaii trip got canceled due to Covid transported me to a mini tropical vacation. It was a much needed escape from reality!

I’ve always had on my go to list. Got the chance to do outdoor dining on a good weekend before the lockdown.
They were so kind enough to give my table two heaters! Hospitality was top notch.

Overall I loved the food, and will return when they’re open for indoor dining, they have such a beautiful space.

If we ever go back to outdoor/indoor dining 😭will recommend making a reservation.

It’s getting really cold and while most restaurants have patio heaters, it’s still so cold. My last indoor dining was at and I enjoyed myself.

I usually don’t dine alone, this was my first solo brunch and was so calm and welcoming, they even gave me a mobile stand to watch movies on my phone as I eat.
So thoughtful and nice 💯

Each time I go to I always order the same thing which is called the Chef’s Select ($40).
It’s a taste of everything and the range it gives is why I love it.
