🌲 FIRST LOOK INSIDE DISNEY’S LAKESHORE LODGE ROOMS! ✨
Disney just revealed our first detailed look at the rooms coming to Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge when the new resort opens July 1, 2027 — and there is a LOT to unpack.
The resort will feature 967 rooms ranging from Duo Studios all the way up to brand-new waterfront Lake Houses, with designs inspired by Encanto, Bambi, Fantasia, Brother Bear and Pocahontas.
Here’s what’s coming:
🏡 Duo Studios
Designed for two guests, these cozy studios will feature colorful touches inspired by Encanto.
🌿 Deluxe Studios
Sleeping up to four, the Deluxe Studios are inspired by Bambi, featuring warm natural materials and original concept artwork pulled from the Disney archives.
🦌 1- & 2-Bedroom Villas
Also inspired by Bambi, the larger villas sleep up to five and nine guests, respectively. They’ll include full kitchens, washers and dryers, private patios, and spacious living and dining areas.
✨ 3-Bedroom Grand Villas
These Fantasia-inspired Grand Villas will sleep up to 12 guests and include multiple bathrooms, a full kitchen, a private patio with views of Bay Lake, and plenty of room for the entire family.
🌊 NEW Waterfront Lake Houses
One of the biggest additions! These freestanding one- and two-bedroom retreats will sit along Bay Lake and feature dramatic A-frame architecture, floor-to-ceiling windows, private waterfront porches, full kitchens, and washers and dryers.
The Lake Houses will sleep up to five or eight guests and feature artwork inspired by Brother Bear — including a Northern Lights-inspired lighting feature in the primary bedroom. 👀
🍃 Resort Studios
Disney is also introducing Resort Studios sleeping up to four guests and Resort Studio King rooms sleeping up to two. These rooms will draw inspiration from Pocahontas, with earthy colors and artwork celebrating the film’s landscapes.
🎆 Club Level + The Artist’s Nest
Guests staying in select Club Level rooms will have access to The Artist’s Nest, a concierge lounge above the treetops featuring refreshments, personalized service and views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks.
👑 Hidden Willow Presidential Suite
At the top end is a two-bedroom Presidential Suite sleeping up to six, complete with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, Bay Lake views, Magic Kingdom fireworks views and access to The Artist’s Nest.
There are SO many exciting room categories here, and we’re especially interested to see how those new Lake Houses fit into the DVC experience.
