✈️ Out of Office… but making it very productive 🌴

Airport mode: ON… well, sort of. First flight is delayed, but rolling with it — because if travel teaches you anything, it’s to always expect the unexpected 😅🧳

First stop: Miami for a ship inspection on Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas)

Then it’s off to Fort Lauderdale to jump aboard Celebrity Silhouette for the Travel Agent Next Door Annual 2026 Conference — and this year it just happens to be at sea

(yes, I’ll be “working”… but I won’t complain 🚢✨

Our itinerary? Aruba, Bonaire & Curaçao 🌴☀️ (just casually doing “research” in some of the most beautiful places in the Caribbean)

It sounds like vacation but it’s far from it. Expect a full schedule of supplier meetings, training sessions, and soaking up all the latest industry insights. It’s a busy week, but all in the name of bringing back even more knowledge to help you plan your best vacations yet.

It’s tough work… but someone’s gotta do it 😂

I’ll be pretty tied up while I’m away, but back in action April 27th!

Now boarding… eventually… next stop: work (with a view 😉)

🚨 ATTENTION CANADIAN TRAVELLERS 🇨🇦✈️
This could stop you from boarding your flight to the UK.

Starting February 25, 2026, the United Kingdom is strictly enforcing its Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) rules.

Here’s what many Canadians don’t realize:

👉 If you were born in the UK, you may still be considered a British citizen — even if you now travel on a Canadian passport.

⚠️ Why this matters:
British citizens CANNOT apply for a UK ETA.
That means you cannot simply travel using your Canadian passport like before.

You MUST have one of the following:

✅ A valid British passport
✅ A valid Irish passport (if applicable)
✅ A Certificate of Entitlement linked to your Canadian passport

❌ Without one of these, you can be DENIED BOARDING at the airport.

📌 This can also apply if one of your parents was born in the UK. You may be a British citizen and not even know it.

The UK Government has a free tool called “Check if you’re a British citizen” — check it now, not on departure day.

✈️ Planning travel to the UK or Europe?
Message me before you book so we can make sure your documents are correct and your trip goes smoothly. I’d rather fix it now than see you stuck at the airport.
