Here at Element Learning Center (ELC), we are more than your typical “daycare”. We are an open-minded, progressive, developmental learning hub geared to empower young minds to face the future. Our simplistic self-knowledge approach to learning is proudly stated in our motto: “Where fundamentals build foundations for life.”
We are open Monday - Friday 6 a.m.- 6 p.m., providing nutritious meals, tra
nsportation, and a safe environment daily for children 6 weeks to 13 years old. Our Director, Thelma Sims has over 15 years experience in Early Childhood Development and our staff collectively exceeds 40 years. Each of our staff members are 1st Aid/CPR certified and have met all state qualifications to be a part of our team. ELC has a 5 group (class) model:
Infant 6 weeks - 15 months
Toddler 1 15 months - 24 months
Toddler 2 24 months - 36 months
Preschool 36 months - 65 months
School Age 66 months - 13 years old
Each group follows a daily age appropriate schedule that include ample amounts of physical and interactive activities as well as much needed downtime to recharge. Our teachers pride themselves on the achievements of their students and the classroom walls prove it.
