First time making sourdough discard "toaster tarts!" Made with unbleached & unbromated bread flour, local honey (instead of sugar) and homemade applebutter in some and strawberry-autumn olive jam in the others.
In the oven they go!! Kids are excited!! ❤️😋
Don't mind the goofy one in the second batch that's just out of the oven... it was my leftover dough...lol

If anyone is in need of a "mini beast" of a work/play truck, I HIGHLY recommend contacting Doug! These trucks may be small, but they are mighty!! I've personally been riding around in them for 6 months and are greatly impressed at what they can do! Whether you are creeping through the woods, up and down hills, through small trails and brush, over (small-ish) stumps and rocks, hauling bales of hay out to feed or tools to fix something or on your way out to the hunting blind, these trucks do it all and just keep going!! They are awesome for work and play!!
