Jakarta is offering over 700 WYSIWYGs this week. There’s truly something for everyone, with prices starting under $5. It’s an amazing selection of Trachys, Wellsos, and Acanthos, but then you get to Zoas and they might be even better. Pectinia are probably the most striking group I’ve seen. Lots of plates. Plenty of cool Euphyllia, beautiful elegant, lots of softies. And there are some striking SPS this week, too. In short, you really need to stock up this week! Sales to wholesalers and retailers only. **er

Check out these Sewellia patella from Vietnam. I think this is the first time I’ve seen this species, and I really like them. In fact, I think I like these better than S lineolata. What do you think?

Vietnam comes in every other week. Hopefully they’ll have these available regularly. Sales to wholesalers and retailers only.

It’s good to be back in NY for shipment day. I’m mostly observing today but at least I get to see fish and hang out with the guys. I must say that Taiwan has been particularly impressive today. We’re repacking more than usual this week. So far, I’ve seen 1 DOA shrimp and just a handful of fish. The shrimp have been outstanding. All the fish have looked good but a few that jumped out were clown killies (annulatus), diamond scale angels, peacocks and Haps, and parrots. If you also carry hero’s, remember that you can add a few pac man frogs and others to your otherwise full box. This can really help to cover the cost of shipping the box from Taiwan. Here’s a few quick pics of some that arrived today. Taiwan shipments come in every week. Sales to wholesalers and retailers only.

Tancho comets are truly striking goldfish whether in an aquarium or, especially, in a water garden since the pattern looks its best from above. They are available at 2-3” and 3-4” from Israel for our shipment arriving on Tuesday. The order deadline is today, so don’t miss out. Sales to wholesalers and retailers only.

I thought I posted this yesterday, so apologize for the late post. Jakarta is offering almost 600 WYSIWYGs this week. There are a lot of value pieces along with a number of high end Acanthophyllia and Zoas. It’s a particularly good week for plate corals. Don’t miss out. These are just a few that appealed to me. Sales to wholesalers and retailers only. Orders due today for arrival in NY on Sunday. **er

Check out the colors on these Cory melanistius that came in from Colombia 3 on Sunday. This big L191 taught me something, too. I didn’t realize that the stripes were only present on younger fish. It may not have the stripes any more but it’s still an impressive fish. The pic was taken shortly after the customer added it to their system. We bring fish in from Colombia 3 out of every 4 weeks. They’re coming in this week from our other Colombia supplier. Sales to wholesalers and retailers only. Orders due by Wednesday.
