Today, Breakthrough ADR celebrates another year.
When I founded Breakthrough, I wasn’t trying to start “another mediation firm.
I was trying to solve a deeper problem.
I saw institutions struggling not because they lacked intelligence — but because they lacked systems for navigating conflict well.
I saw talented professionals avoiding hard conversations.
I saw friction mistaken for failure.
I saw preventable breakdowns becoming expensive disputes.
So I built something different.
Breakthrough ADR was designed to strengthen how leaders and institutions prevent, manage, and resolve conflict — not just settle cases.
