Re-imagining what it means for the Hoboken Terminal to become a world-class transportation hub in one of the most dynamic regions of the world

Hoboken Yard has all the ingredients to make it an extraordinary district within the city and region. Like multi-modal transportation centers in cities around the country, the Redevelopment Plan includes a mix of office, residential, retail, public space and entertainment. Collectively, these components provide people with a sense of place through the creation of a trans-formative 21st century live-work-play environment.

The ambitious goals of the project can be accomplished by capitalizing on the area’s access to multiple modes of transportation, including heavy rail, light rail, bus, PATH, ferries and biking, and remaining focused on the key components of a successful transit-oriented development.
