Two months of my brain inside your business is a long time to spend with the wrong person, so the fit has to be right or neither of us has fun.

Colours that have no business working together.

They absolutely work together.

This is the FOOL palette. A creative workshop studio for adults who forgot they were allowed to make things. The brief was weird, warm, and completely intentional. So we built a colour system that feels like the best night you didn't plan, dusty rose next to cobalt next to yellow that should be illegal.
Nothing here is accidental. That's the whole point.

Your packaging designer has a stunning portfolio.

Gorgeous renders. Perfect lighting.

Products sitting on marble like they're about to get their headshots taken.

Cool. Did any of it actually go to print?
Because I've seen founders hand over real money to designers whose entire body of work lives on Behance, has never been near a press, and would cost more to print than the product inside the bottle. The mock-up looked amazing though. Really nailed the vibe.

Here's what nobody tells you. A mock-up is not packaging. It's a designer playing pretend with perfect lighting and zero consequences.

Real packaging has a printer calling you at 7am because the cyan is pulling green on the kraft stock. Real packaging has someone who knows what that means and what to do about it. Real packaging has a designer who asks about your customer's objections before they open a single file.

If your designer just said yes to everything and started designing, I'm sorry but you hired a yes person with a laptop.
