The Pool Guy LLC sincerely wishes that everyone is having a safe and enjoyable 4th of July, celebrating our independence!
With that said, I wish to publicly apologize to a few customers who did not get their liners in before the 4th of July due to reasons beyond our control.
Thank you . Duie Pyle Trucking (since I can't tag them for some reason: https://www.facebook.com/aduiepyle?mibextid=ZbWKwL) for losing my liner shipment, sending it on a literal 15-day round-trip to the west coast, after which we had to pick up in York the day before the 4th. During which we discovered that the shipment was damaged by forklift.
Also wish to thank Shane Transportation/Davis Water (https://www.facebook.com/shanetransport1028?mibextid=ZbWKwL & https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100090263642274&mibextid=ZbWKwL) for calling at 9 am on July 3 to cancel water for a 12-noon delivery on a same-day liner install. (Due to a driver supposedly "not able to make it in today.")
With 30+ years in the pool business, I have never had a liner shipment lost like this, nor have I ever had a scheduled water delivery outright cancel. Especially one ordered weeks in advance, and confirmed less than 24 hrs prior to scheduled delivery.
The Pool Guy LLC takes great pride in our work, so it's becoming more and more aggravating to look around and see that standards around us are lacking and pride is non-existent. We can do better, America.
