A sign of things to come....as the home garden continues yielding impressive hauls of exotic beauties as seen here, our impressive stockpile of dried peppers continues to grow! We will finally begin processing within a couple of weeks and have all kinds of jarred heat for you shortly thereafter! We are very excited to bring back Devil’s Potpourri and a new and improved 50 Shades of Pain(made exclusively from our home grown peppers.) As well as a bunch of other tasty treats(perhaps a mild blend even 🤔.) STAY TUNED

Pepper season is really starting to *heat* up y’all....The first picture is everything we have picked, purchased and processed/dehydrated in the last WEEK AND A HALF. Second is a small portion of peppers picked from garden today, then lastly some beautiful dehydrated peppers destined for flakes, spice blends, and garlic blends in the coming months. This year we are going to do things way bigger and even better, striving to bring you creative and FRESH blends. Stay tuned.

Things are starting to really heat up over here y’all! Between our garden busting out a stellar yield on the daily(see pic 2 that’s just today) and rekindling our relationship with farmers we worked so hard to build last year we have some SERIOUS stock coming together. Tons of habanero varietals, super hots, low heat flavor-forward peppers and EVERYTHING in between. Stay tuned....

Doing a little taste testing of the new HOT RAMEN blend on some beef stir fry tonight and wanted to give y’all a little update- we have not forgotten about you! Between the tornado that struck Nashville and now the pandemic we have had our hands full in many other places, but are getting the ball rolling on an online store; which would enable us to ship our products directly to you! We have a number of great blends and spices in the works so keep an eye out in the coming weeks for more details, and please be safe!
