And let me tell you… this wasn’t just any ordinary s’more!

Imagine layers of rich, gooey chocolate and toasted marshmallow tucked between graham crackers, topped with a little sprinkle of Disney magic. ✨

Sometimes the best vacation memories aren’t the big attractions or elaborate plans. They’re the unexpected little discoveries that make you stop, smile, and savor the moment.

And yes… this one was worth the chocolate-covered fingers! 😂🍫

🍷✨ We came hungry… and EPCOT understood the assignment! 🌎🍴

There’s something magical about walking into EPCOT during the International Food & W**e Festival. The music, the aromas drifting from the food booths, and that exciting question: What should we try first?

This year marks the festival’s 30th anniversary, and we decided to celebrate one delicious bite at a time!

🧀 We started with a beautiful cheese board featuring a variety of cheeses and sweet accompaniments. The perfect way to kick off our culinary adventure!

🥤 Then came the Cannoli Milkshake — creamy, sweet, topped with chocolate chips, a cherry, and crispy cannoli pieces. Dessert lovers, this one’s calling your name!

🍝 Next, a savory pasta dish with tender beef, rich flavors, and a crunchy topping. Comfort food with a festival twist!

🥐 We couldn’t resist the golden, flaky bites of pastry goodness.

🍍 And finally, a tropical pineapple-shaped dessert that was almost too pretty to eat. Almost! 😉

But here’s what I love most about EPCOT’s Food & W**e Festival: You don’t need a passport to experience flavors inspired by destinations around the world. Every stop becomes another little travel memory.

🎃✨ The moment you see those Mickey pumpkins, you know the magic of fall has arrived! 🍂🏰

There’s something about walking toward the entrance of Magic Kingdom in the fall that makes you feel like a kid all over again.

Maybe it’s the giant smiling pumpkins welcoming you, the beautiful autumn wreaths bursting with color, or that first glimpse of the train station dressed in its Halloween best. 🧡

As the morning sky begins to brighten and the excitement builds, you realize that the magic doesn’t begin when you reach Cinderella Castle. It begins before you even step through the gates. ✨

And that’s what I love about Disney. It’s not always about the rides or attractions. Sometimes, it’s those little moments that become your favorite memories.

🎃🍹 When your Halloween plans take a deliciously spooky turn! 👻

It started with the glow of red neon lights at Splitsville Luxury Lanes™ at Disney Springs… but the real Halloween magic was waiting inside! 🕷️✨

We couldn’t resist trying this frightfully fun flight of Halloween-inspired frozen cocktails! From creepy eyeballs and gummy worms to candy corn, whipped cream, and a few eight-legged surprises, every sip came with a little trick and a whole lot of treat! 🍬🕸️

And can we talk about that presentation?! These spooky concoctions were almost too cute to drink… ALMOST! 😂🍹

It’s little experiences like these that remind me why I love exploring Disney Springs. Sometimes the most memorable vacation moments aren’t the big attractions, but the unexpected discoveries along the way.

✨🎄 And suddenly, it felt like Christmas again…

You know that feeling?

The twinkling lights. The familiar Christmas music. The decorations that somehow take you right back to being a kid counting down the days until Christmas morning. ❤️

That’s exactly how it felt stepping into the newly opened Holiday Ever After pop-up at Disney Springs, celebrating the Hallmark Disney holiday movie Holiday Ever After.

For a few minutes, it felt like we had wandered straight into a holiday movie—the kind where everything is a little cozier, the lights glow a little brighter, and you just know there’s going to be a happy ending. 🎁❄️

Maybe that’s what makes Disney during the holidays so special.

It isn’t only about what you see.

It’s about those little moments that remind you what Christmas used to feel like. ❤️🎄

🍷🌎 Today’s adventure starts with an empty plate and a whole world of flavors waiting for us…

We’re kicking off our day at the EPCOT International Food & W**e Festival, and the plan is pretty simple: take our time, wander around World Showcase, taste a few things we’ve never tried before, and see where our appetites lead us. 😋

There’s something exciting about standing at the beginning of an EPCOT day knowing that ahead of you are flavors from around the world, festival favorites, a few rides along the way, and probably at least one dish we’ll still be talking about when we get home.

No rushing today. We’re here to sip, savor, explore, and enjoy the experience.

🎃 Some Disney days call for rides… and some call for spooky bites. 👻🍹

We wandered into Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs and discovered that Halloween had taken over the menu—and naturally, we had to investigate. 🕷️

Between the festive flavors, creative presentation, and just the right amount of spooky fun, it was one of those little experiences that reminded me why I love slowing down and exploring beyond the parks.

Because sometimes the best Disney memories aren’t planned months in advance. They happen when you grab a table, order something you’ve never tried before, and discover a little seasonal magic you weren’t expecting. ✨🎃

If you’re visiting Walt Disney World during Halloween season, don’t make your trip only about the parks. Leave a little room in your itinerary—and your appetite—for the seasonal experiences at Disney Springs.

☕️ Sometimes, the best travel memories begin with a cup of coffee.

Not the coffee you grab on the way out the door.

I’m talking about that cup.

The tiny espresso you sipped at a sidewalk café in Italy while the city slowly came to life. 🇮🇹

The rich coffee poured into your cup as you watched the mountains drift past your river cruise balcony.

The warm mug you wrapped your hands around on a chilly morning in Alaska while the scenery outside looked almost too beautiful to be real. 🏔️

Or maybe it was simply that first cup on the balcony of a cruise ship…when the ocean stretched endlessly in front of you and, for once, there was absolutely nowhere you needed to be. 🌊

That’s the funny thing about travel.

Years later, you may forget what time the tour started or what you ordered for dinner—but one familiar aroma can suddenly take you right back to that moment.

So on National Coffee Day, I have one question…
