exceed the TOTAL amount of your order, there will be an ADDITIONAL $10.00 needed to cover extra cost of special or extra materials. ORDER TIME:
-- Depending on the size and amount of products in each
order time may vary. Typical production time is 1- 2 weeks, again depending on product and size of order. If order will take more or less time customer will be notified accordingly.
-- Updates on Orders will be sent as the process goes. Please be advised that messages will be sent at various times for each update (ex: like tracking a package)
PAYMENT:
-- Payment can only be made via Cash, PayPal, or Facebook Pay. REFUNDS:
-- No refunds will be made once materials are purchased and/or product(s) is in production or if order is finished. At that time the customers choices will be to forfeit payment or continue with the order. SHIPPING:

-- Out of State: $15.00
-- Scrunchies only: $5.00
RESTRICTIONS:
-- We CANNOT and WILL NOT make anything with LICENSED characters, teams, or logos (Ex. Disney Characters, Harry Potter, Nike, NFL Teams, etc.) YOUR PRIVACY:
-- Customers name, phone number, email address, home/shipping address will NOT be given out or used for anything other than to contact about and/ or ship orders.
-- We will not use a phone number to call or text without permission from each customer first.

This is a small business that Beth does out of her home and is just at its starting stages. Please be respectful, kind, and use patience as life does happen and there may be orders before yours.
