I do my best to offer the most adorable and affordable Embroidered Clothing and accessories. I offer several different items, but I am always happy to take custom orders as well! SHIPPING POLICY: All regularly priced items and custom orders will be top priority when it comes to getting the orders complete and ready to ship. Auction, freebie and sale items will be completed as soon as possible and all orders will be shipped out within 10-14 days if at all possible if not sooner. I try to get the orders completed and shipped out within 48 hours, and usually am successful at this, but during busy times when a lot of orders are placed I cannot assure that this is possible. Custom orders usually take time to receive the materials needed to make them, so please understand that these will take time. Once all materials are in for the custom order, it will then take top priority due to being a regular priced item(s). Shipping Charges include the cost of shipping packaging and a mandatory delivery confirmation. This is to protect both you as the customer and myself from any issues with packages not making it to you due to being lost or misplaced by USPS. I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT GET LOST IN THE MAIL!! However if wish you do have the option to purchase insurance on your items before they are mailed to you. Just tell me and I will add it to the cost of your shipping. REFUND POLICY: Refunds are accepted under these terms only....Must be due to error in Christi's Classy Creations part. If you are not happy with the product, message me here on the site or email me at [email protected] and let me know within three days of receipt. If due to ordered size not fitting properly, I will exchange for the proper size of the same item or similar if exact is not available, but will not give refunds on this situation. Personalized items are not refundable due to the item being personalized, NO REFUNDS unless error on my part. In a situation that it is not customized with a name, and is only an initial or number, email me and I may allow an exchange for full amount if it is something I can sell to someone else. ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER!
