I have joked that I don’t cry but I try to practice at least once a year for the past two decades 😎 my sense of humor- sometimes twisted always has me trying to find the silver lining. This strange time in our world has bombarded us with loss and highlighted the underbelly of modern society. Keep your loved ones close and let them know you love them. Smile at people with a mask on- they can see it in your eyes. Ask a neighbor if they are ok and if they need anything. We are all doing the beat we can with what we got💕 shower strangers in patience and grace- we all need to give ourselves and other a little break from the perceptions of “perfect”, “right” or “acceptable”. Please for God Sake love yourself and then share that love with others.
